1.Bending:no more than 0.3mm within any length of 300mm

The fit clearance between corner code and frame shall be no more than 0.3mm,corner code shall be assembled in place in short frame with correct direction without large swing,and the depth of angle punching pit shall be no less than 1mm

The machining surface is smooth,flat,free of flash and burr,and the four corners are complete without curling

2.Requirements for appearance inspection:

Temperature:23℃(+5,-5)

Relative humidity:60%(+15%,10%)

Distance:the distance between human eye and product surface is 300-350mm.Or the vertical product distance of the light is 1m,and 40W fluorescent lamp is used

Time:no more than 8s for measuring surface and others;no more than 30s for total inspection time of each piece(except the first piece).

Location:45°between the inspection surface and the desktop;15°from top to bottom

Lighting:100W cold white fluorescent lamp,500-550mm from the product surface(illuminance up to 500-550lux)

3.Surface quality

1.No cracks,peeling,sand holes,inclusions,spoils,watermarks,oil marks,etc.are allowed on the surface of the frame.

2.The surface shall be smooth and uniform,and no sand grain,flow mark,bubble,crack,sticking and other defects are allowed.
