1.Check whether the equipment is normal,whether the operating parts of the machine are in place,whether the sliding plate is lubricated,whether the travel switch of the sensing device acts,whether the fasteners(screws)are loose,whether the circulating cooling water is turned on,whether the oil level is enough,whether the oil temperature is normal,whether the oil pump has abnormal noise,whether the working speed is normal,and whether the action conversion is normal.

2.Check the condition of rod furnace(refer to Article 1),check the extrusion center line,check the heating condition of extrusion cylinder and the fluctuation of heating instrument.Operation of traction machine,material bed and rear equipment.Whether all kinds of operator’s hardware tools(mould,pad,pressing cake,pressing plate,clamp,hammer,pliers,wrench,screwdriver,screwdriver,crowbar,thermal insulation wool strip,shaping tool,etc.)are fixed at the working site,driving and whether the mould heating furnace is normal.Whether various quenching cooling fans operate.Whether various measuring tools are complete and correct.

3.Whether there are irrelevant and miscellaneous personnel,maintenance personnel,visitors and investigators,and new learners on the site,they should be dissuaded,inquired,prompted,prevented,explained,trained,instructed,demonstrated,etc.according to the actual situation and based on the principle of safety first.If necessary,they should keep secret for the non leaders.Arrange production as a whole,team members,and pay attention to the orderly connection between processes.

4.Understand the production content,production requirements,production sequence,and make corresponding real data records during production.The writing is clear,and the production date is marked.It can be verified,traced,referenced and quoted.Prepare drawings,forms,data,documents,etc.for profile production in advance and be familiar with the chest.
